Hello everyone. I bought a 2010 Prius back in September 2016 for rideshare driving. I was a part-time Uber driver up in Montana at the time and now driving Lyft part-time here in the Denver area. I am 35 years old, soon to be 36, and all but one of my vehicles have been Toyotas. I also have a 2010 Tacoma 4x4 with the TRD off road package for backup/recreational use. I've visited here now and then for Prius info and tips. I just removed, cleaned, and now reinstalling my EGR cooler/valve assembly thanks to this forum. It is a pretty difficult project for the average DIY mechanic. I flushed my Tacoma's transmission back in March and that was probably my most advanced job before this. Next will be the intake manifold and hopefully the oil catch can I just bought on Amazon. The Prius has over 193k miles on it, purchased with 104k. I've done oil changes every 10k along with air filters and had a big list of items done in Dec. 2018 (spark plugs, engine and hybrid coolant, transmission fluid change, etc.). I'm glad for the huge amount of info on this forum. I have also learned a lot on Tacoma World so I hope to do the same here. Thanks.
