My 7” display screen remains on after I shut off the Prius. I’ve tried looking up a fix, but I can’t seem to find anything about it. When I went to the car, it would t unlock with the fob & I actually had to use the key to unlock the door. That’s when I noticed the screen was still on. Now, I’ve turned the Prius on & off several times & the screen remains on... Any help is appreciated!
Try pushing in the radio power button for several seconds. That will reset the device. If that doesn't work try disconnecting the 12 volt battery for a few minutes. That may reset the entire system.
I pushed in the radio, ended up having to push the on & tuner buttons together, & it reset the system. But it remained on. I was at a friends house at the time. When I arrived home, it cut off like normal. Very weird.... if it happens again, I’ll take it to the dealer. I was just hoping it would be an easy fix. Thank you for the reply.
