I purchased is from RisingTuning (not RisingSuspension). Poor recall. Happens when you get older.

Go to Ebay and type in this item number: 283457449512. This is the aluminum spacer kit for the Gen 2. Once on their page, you'll see the Tema4x4 link. Just scroll down a little on the page. One thought - they have like three negative feedbacks over the last six months. But it looks like people just bitching about customs in their country and the delivery issues. My set took a while to get here, but they arrived and the blocks look very solid.

I haven't installed my set yet bc I'm making decisions on other suspension parts to go in at the same time.

Here's our 2013 Prius 2 with the Tema lift kit installed w/ 205 75r15 Yokahama Goelander AT tires installed. We picked up roughly 3 - 4 inches of clearance.

Makes for a much better car camping experience!

Would love to see a level side shot. Can you measure how high it is off the ground to the side skirt?

I'm loving all this lift action! We've done some car camping in ours and a couple of cross country car camping trips. We find the rear sags quite a bit with all the gear and tool box in the back. I also want to install a hitch rack to keep some of the gear outside. Has anybody located stiffer springs to go in the rear along with this lift kit?

    Yes,
I installed springs from a 4WD Matrix in my Prius. The difference is amazing. Details can be found here.

What's the largest size tire that will fit after adding this lift? Without cutting arches or rolling fenders etc.

I have 195/70/15 on my car. They clear with no problems. I don't know how much bigger would fit. The lift is comparable to the Tema spacers.

Between family emergencies and the Covid situation, I havent installed them yet. Been doing the sustainability thing and focusing energy on planting a food plot, tending to livestock, and brewing beer :D

Looking forward to hearing how you like the aluminum spacers. I just finished building steel rear lift spacers for my gen 4 and will be working on wrapping up the fronts later this week.

So far, the only thing I was impressed with was the thoroughness of wrapping. Was perhaps one or maybe two steps below giving up on modesty completely and making a duct tape ball with the spacers as a nuclei upon which to wrap the duct tape. I started cutting on the layers of plastic baggies and tape, stopped, took a deep breath and went and poured myself a drink. when I finally got to the spacers and bolts, I laughed out loud upon discovering some sort of russian equivalent to a bite sized almond joy candy... in the cavity of one of the spacers. I can't make this up.

the spacers themselves look crudely cast, barely touched with a grinder to hit the seams, and powdercoated. I wouldn't let them out of my shop unless in a scrap bin. But I'm not from mother Russia either, and if it works, it works. I'm back on the ship and wont be home for another week or two.

Hahaha! That is the most awesome description of a product i have yet to read. I literally laughed out loud. haha! Sorry to hear about that. I had a similar experience with my rubber spacers from Tema...on both pairs (the first pair fell apart after 5,000 miles. Hence why i set out to build my own.
I finally got around to finishing up my Gen 4 spacers today now that were allowed to return to work. Installation was a lot easier than the gen 3. Then again maybe because i had already done those twice. Pretty happy with the finished product. A few tweaks on the final production when its sent off to laser, but overall they fit flawlessly and gave it just the right amount of lift. I settled on 30mm rear and 33mm front (random I know but 35mm was 1mm too tall and the lower arm just barely kissed the frame at full droop. So I lowered it 1mm and gave 1mm for extra buffer. Off to the tire shop to get the AT tires mounted! =)

I've ordered the Rising Tuning kit from ebay and not holding my breath for delivery anytime soon with all this COVID mess, did anyone receive and fit that kit yet and have any notable experiences?

Love the look of your steel kit @PriusOffroad!

I currently have 215/70/16 Toyo Open Country AT2 on Subaru wheels and they fit nicely with the plastic inner liners and mudflaps removed, but keen for the lift to take it to the next level

Love the way that looks, and surprised that the 215/70s fit without a lift. Even with stock 185/65r15s my prius doesnt sit that well. Springs are tired after 220K miles, Which is why I ordered new struts and springs. Mine has the touring pkg and if i remember correctly weaker springs in the rear to start with, compared to the std package. Excited to see how much better it will sit when i get it all installed. I haul gear everywhere I go, getting tired of the chevy squat and touching the camber on the neighbor's driveways and logging roads.
I have two sets of new stock sized rubber... so it will be a while before I graduate to 205s or 215s, but maybe not. Might be able to post a set on craigslist? We shall see. I'll be home in less than a week.
Was looking at the general grabbers online and the price makes me happy, but would like to feel them before making the purchase. Anyone out there able to comment on the composition of the generals? Compared to bfg at2's or toyos open country's? I would prefer a softer comp than a stiffer one.

The whole heavier tire thing has me worried about increased stress on the tranny and cv axles as well. Would prefer to not grenade my daily driver's cvt.

In the VW Vanagon world we have a similar dilemma. I say avoid General grabbers, bfg, open country as they are heavy and will impact mpg and power. Nokian rottivas and Yokohama Geolandars are A/T tyres that are much better suited to vehicles that spend most of their time on the road.

BFG KO2 are very heavy but the Toyo OC are actually one of the lightest in that range, beaten only by Falken Wildpeak in the size I chose, Geolanders are more than half a pound heavier than Toyo and nearly a full pound heavier than Falken, BFG are like 6+ pounds heavier lol.

If something falls through with the eBay kit let me know and I’ll build you a set of steel spacers.

I like your set up on wheels with that Tema kit. Any big things to note like: MPG loss amounts? Incorrect Speedometer issue?
I am looking to get my 2015 prius four a bit higher off the ground for similar reasons.

It's fun watching your guys progress on insta, for the record I think I'll go with the grabbers in 205/75r15 at 25lbs, the 215 grabbers are listed at 29lbs, geo ATs 30lbs, geo IceT 27lbs,
@ryanfitz I believe @PriusOffroad might be set up to make lifts too
