Hello, I have a set of 4 16 Inch OEM Prius "Touring Edition" Alloy wheels with Chrome caps for sale. These are ultra light rims, charcoal alloy in color, and BRAND NEW! These are in the box and have never been used. My boss bought them for his 07 Prius and totaled it before he even got to put them on. The price is $495 Cash or Paypal and I will ship for an extra charge if you are not local. This is a great deal.. Contact me for pictures.. Todd- 818-430-8633
Any chance these come with tires? I live in the Los Angeles area and would be interested in purchasing these... Thanks...
Do you still have rims, I'm interested and live in Orange County. Would they work on the third generation prius, I have a 2010 silver prius. Thank you, Larry
So are they still available? The OP's last activity was two years ago. Priusskare Junior Member Send Message User Lists Last Activity: 11-30-2009 05:40 PM

I believe the Touring model of the Prius wasn't introduced until 2007. That would mean your 2005 has the standard 15 inch wheels. Changing to 16 inch would mean your speedometer would be not properly calibrated, probably among other things. I do prefer the look of the wheels on our 2007 Touring as compared to the standard ones, however.
Yea right. I dont know how you come up with this. Speedometer will show 0.4% difference less and since car is probably showing you bigger number that you actually are, the 16" would be more accurate.
Just for the record: the outside diameter of the 16" wheel/tire combo would very likely be virtually the same, ie: bigger rim but shorter tire sidewall, to maintain same OD. That's the way it typically is when manufacturer offers different wheel/tire sizes on a vehicle.
Thanks for the explanation, Mendel. I suspected the 16 might have a shorter sidewall after @Georgios stated quite emphatically that there would be little difference in total outside circumference.
