Sellers are original owners with complete maintenance records. Car has 120K. asking 3,900. Please let me know what "red flags" I should be looking for before I open my wallet.. Thank you very much..
Welcome to PriusChat!! You should run the VIN for free at http://toyota.com/owners and you may want to pull a carfax just to be safe. Drive a couple of other gen2s around, that way you have an idea of what they should sound and drive like.
that's a great price for a great car. is that correct for cali? my daughter got $4,500. for her 08 with 135k.
thanks for the replies. I looked and test drove the car today. It had a couple of minor body damage. front Passenger seat had a tear on the leather. It drover nicely. No major issues on the service records but it seems car got jumped one time at the aux battery failed and replaced two years ago. I'm thinking offering them 3,500.
