'13 148500 Toyota serviced every 5000 mile. Recently it throwed Po300, Po301,P0302, Po304, Po420, Po456, P148F and three G92's. I was devastated then pissed. The car drove to good to be buried I thought. They cleared all codes. I drove 150 mile that weekend and took to a different dealership Monday. The check engine light did come back on. The codes they pulled were P0302 and Po420. I had a new catalytic converter installed. I have driven about 125 miles with no lights on dash . I have also been watching my fluid levels from the first dealership and the engine coolant has dropped 1/8 inch. It has started being sluggish when taking off from a dead start. I would have to take it slow. Other than this I'm hoping it has alot more miles in it and not so costly. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty confident that P0300 indicates misfire is detected and P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304 is just telling you on which cylinder it is detected. In your case, cyl. 1, 2, and 4 have repeated misfires detected by the computer. Hopefully it's a spark plug / ignition coil stuff though I am skeptical about it since you mentioned that your coolant is losing bits by bits. Pray that it's not the head gasket. Head gasket is a very common issue on Gen III, and one of the symptoms is losing coolant with no puddle under the car.

With that being said. Where would the lifetime warranty come into play? Has anyone had to use it?

OP may need to out source for engine replacement or look for car replacement altogether. Or dump in gasket miracle leak plugger and sell it, I got poo pooed last time for last recommendation.

Yeah that's kinda dirty pool. Well, unless you fully disclose: "It's got a blown head gasket and the coolant system's full of goop. $500 and it's yours. Have fun.".

@Speedy MamaJ The EGR system and intake manifolds have to be cleaned periodically, or the engine runs hot, and the head gasket fails. As they say in the video, "Thanks, Toyota"...

If OP is planning on quick selling after applying the sealant, then he might wanna give that a try. Otherwise, I wouldn't encourage doing it. I attempted doing one with Blue Devil when my car had this issue months ago. I followed their instructions to the letter except that pouring it into a radiator cap (we don't have that), I poured it to the reservoir (emptied it first). It fixed the problem for 2 weeks before it came back up again. Also, I had to change the radiator, because it was clogged. The coolant was not able to flow and circulate from the engine to the radiator and back to the engine.

One of the sealer makers recommends a flush with 50/50 white vinegar / distilled water. You might try that if you can get a bit of the goop out: it should quickly dissolve it.

Do that, then a few straight distilled water flushes, then try to bring it back to a 50/50 coolant/water mix, using something like Toyota Long Life Coolant, which I believe comes undiluted. It's "lifetime" is less, but it would get you back on track.
