Today I experienced a frozen or not responding 11.7” screen while I was driving. I took a different route than what the navigation suggested and somehow triggered this malfunctioning. Wondering to see if this has happened to anyone in this forum. The worst part was I had to pull into a rest area on IH-20 and “power off” the prime because nothing (voice command, navigation, temp control) was working and no way to reset this malfunctioning.
