I took delivery today !!

Congratulations..... I know how how you feel..... after a 3 1/2 month wait, we received a call yesterday that a car came in that fit what we wanted.... barcelona red with gray cloth..... we were on a waitlist for a 2006 pkg 4 .... but the one we got is a 2007 pkg 2 ..... (the pkg 2 on the 2007 is the same as the pkg. 4 on the 2006) so we were able to pick it up last night...... this is my first post..... been lurking on this site for the last 4 months.... have really learned alot.... I just registered tonight so that I could post..... on the profile the 2007 is not on the list.... so I checked 2006....... really love the car.... it is kind of like learning how to drive all over again.......

No, really... Writergal's post is the first I've seen to report having a 2007 Prius in the driveway, which is why I'm just wondering if it is the very first such report for PriusChat.

I'll vouch for 'learning the radio' - my car salesman pre-set the FM radio station I listen to regularly, but over the course of the summer there have been times I wanted to llisten to a baseball game when my favorite team has been playing in my local area. I've futzed around trying to get the game on AM radio using 'scan', and usually got home before I got the right station. I bought my car April 19, and it was only last week that I realized that the 'tuning' nob that was flush with the radio panel actually pops out and I can manually get the correct station that way <g>.
