I love my 2017 Prius Prime. It always charged to 25+ miles of battery miles, but this winter it now only fully charges to about 19 miles. I'm quite disappointed and the dealer says everything tests OK. I have 35,000 miles on it. Anyone else have a similar problem?
This is a Cold Weather related problem, when the your 24 hour weather cycle hits 70+ F, you'll see it go back to normal. Rob43
OK, Bisco, what are you smokin'? @Rob43 has probably nailed it. Colder weather will put the bite on EV range. Tire pressures and higher speed driving will also eat up the electrons. And one hard stop will cost you a mile of range or more.
If only. See some Prii over here, even back to the Gen2. Crystal Palace is on tap for today but no Prime to carry us there.
Awesome! Looks like eastern Europe, but I can't place it. However, I CAN digress with the best of them.
Actually Western Europe: Madrid to be exact. This was a reschedule as we were supposed to go to Shanghai and visit my brother. But those plans changed. Since the in-laws agreed to watch the kids, we kept their promise and went to Spain instead.
We'll have plenty of Iberian Ham and Paella while over here. Might as well eat our way through Spain.
