Right (Upper Pass side) Engine Mount. How to check?

    Hello everybody.
    I have a 2010 Prius (196K) and I have been using the info in the threads to do a lot of works on it. Thanks a lot! But I cannot find anything on motor mounts. How to check and replace them.
    Right now I removed the passenger side upper mount, but cant tell if it is good or not.

    Cracks, splits or missing chunks of rubber.
    Should feel stiff.
