Did dealership really rotate my tires if wheel lock is still unwrapped in trunk?

Discussions like these are one of the reasons I choose to rotate my own tires twice a year, when I swap them. That, and I can’t be bothered waiting and paying someone in busy tire seasons to swap my summer and winter tires. I have a 1/4 ton jack, an electric impact wrench and a torque stick, and both sets of tires mounted on rims, so it’s really quite easy.

It generally takes longer to get the equipment out and ready than the swap actually takes to do. Overall, about 90 minutes twice a year.

...well, then again, x2 cars.
