Anyone knows the amplifier location and aftermarket amp?

    I’d like to change the amp of the stock Prius 4th gen, I have the 4 touring and the amp is not on the front passenger side, but I see a box on under the driver side, can anyone verify if this is the amp and can anyone tells me what aftermarket plug and play have you tried?

    Yes, the stereo component amplifier assembly is located under the left front seat, whether it’s the driver seat, on LHD models...
    ...or the passenger seat, on RHD models. See my previous posting about the amplifier, though of course you’d want to refer to the Repair Manual and Electrical Wiring Diagram (more info) for fourth-generation Prius cars, not those for the Prius Prime.
