I have 2012 Plug in with 180K miles. Just noticed that the stabilizer bar end links on driver side are exposed as the covering is torn. See attached photo. Haven't noticed any difference in ride quality.

Is it safe to drive around for a while ? Have some long trips this month .

Any upgrades recommended while I change the stabilizer bar

Thanks in advance Stablilizer bar boot.jpg

Had the same issue on mine at 202K. Noticed the joints were loose during an inspection. Replaced mine with a pair of CTR’s from our local supplier.

Had the same issue except all four end boots were torn in my case and they were causing terrible noise as the front swayed.
Replaced them with the Moog (same ones as elementnomore showed above).
Don't think of OEMs. They are unnecessarily expensive.

    Thank you all.

No annoying sounds yet. Guess, I can wait for some more time to crawl under the car

If it has sounds it’s bad if not it’s fine.
