I have a 2013 Prius C and got the check hybrid system error. Been a great car since I bought three years ago and put about 50k miles on it. I now have 129,000 miles on it. I have checked all the fuses, had the 12V battery tested and did the unplug the white wire routine. All fuses and battery fine and the unplug routine didn’t change a thing. At this point I need help and a reputable mechanic in my area that has experience with hybrids and can scan for Toyota error codes. My feeing is this could still be something minor or something horrifically expensive. Does anyone have recommendations for places near Yorktown (southeastern VA)? If you have any other thoughts, I am open to those as well. Thank you.
