The Prius V Wagon never ceases to amaze me with what i have been able to fit in it. I was able to take a bare 75" TV home by taking it out of the box last month. Made sure that there was lots of padding and laid the packaging under the TV. It's been working perfectly fine for the last two weeks Yesterday transported a 7 cubic feet chest freezer in the box with lots of room to spare. This thing puts a lot of SUV's to shame with its cargo hauling capacity
Well done. Looks like in the TV hauling pic that the air bag went off. Im sure it’s probably something else though.
Lol. That is a pillow in a shopping bag. I came fully prepared for padding but ended up not needing it
I love my 2013 Prius V. Last winter my water heater kicked the bucket. So nervously I drove to the local Lowes with a friend of mine and we looked for water heaters. Ended up finding a really good 44 gallon water heater that was on sale. The reason I was nervous was because of the price, which ended being a decent price. But the other part of my nervousness was getting it home. I didn't want to pay for a rental truck just to drive a little over 4 miles down the road nor pay anyone to deliver it. However, at nearly 5ft tall, the new water heater, plus some other supplies; tubing, pipes and plywood. It fit perfectly in the back with extra room to spare. There was a guy loading up his work truck who was parked next to me who was surprised how well it fit with room to spare. He goes "wow, I can't believe how easy that went and how much room your car has." I'll say I'm going to be heart broken when it comes time to retire this car, which hopefully won't be anytime soon. I really don't want a RAV4 hybrid/plug in. But what other options will there be for a wagon that Toyota make or may not make. Car has done me some good and even with the temp being in the low 20s here lately. I still average 44-50 mpg throughout the year. It does put other SUVs and wagons to shame with that figure.
