Windows don't respond to driver door buttons (and no, lock switch is not on)

The driver side rear window responds just fine but passenger side front and rear windows do not respond. They work fine from the in-door switches, just not from the drivers master switch set. Driver window works fine.
    Other oddities include:
    • On the drivers master switch console, the 3 non-driver window switches blink on and off continuously
    • The in-door switches on the passenger front and rear doors also blink continuously
    • The driver side rear door switch does not blink nor does the driver's door switch
I just bought the car so I have no idea if the switch lights are supposed to blink or not.

Go to each door switch and roll the window down, hold switch down for a sec, roll window up, hold switch up for a sec.

    Paul,
That worked perfectly! You saved me tons of time of taking control panels out and tracing wires with the DMM (which wouldn't have worked anyway). Thank you sir!

Very welcome. Keep in mind if you ever have the 12v battery disconnected you'll have to do it again.

Once again you are correct sir. I was told a new 12-volt was dropped in prior to my purchasing the vehicle. Sure is nice to be able to roll all the windows down now (and open the moon roof) and enjoy this fine Florida weather!

You guys on this forum are fantastic!.. wife totaled the 2011(Prius airbags are REALLY good, she only got a bad scratch on the arm ) and I got a 2010 priusV and had a dent in drivers door . The window panel would only operate driver and pass from driver seat. The rear windows worked only from back seat switches so I thought the dent shorted out things....but I noticed one night the pilot panel switches( all but driver one) were blinking. Thats when I decided to check the forum. Simple reset like y'all described from each affected window made the light on the switch go steady. Did that for Pass and R&L rear. Everything works perfect now. KEY was your statement that if it ever needs a boost or 12v battery replace, will have to do it again. I bought the car on lot used and they had to boost it but it would not start the car when I got it home. The dealer had already said if the battery went bad right away they would buy a new one for me, and they honored that. So it was boosted and then replaced hence the windows were completely in need of a reset. BINGO !.

Thank you very much. I just got the 2015 Prius few weeks ago, never checked the rear windows operating with the master driver switches, until today when both rear windows never responded to the switches on driver side. Nevertheless each rear window opens and closes with their own switch.
After performing the procedure that you outlined above, both work very well in response to driver side switches. You save me lots of time and headaches. Thank you sir.
