Cleaned EGR - Coolant level stayed the same

Sorry if this has been asked and answered. I searched for a while and could not find a conclusive answer.

I just completed the EGR cleaning on my 2011 Prius. During the process a couple of cups (?) worth of coolant was collected from the hoses.

My issue is the coolant reservoir is showing full and I did not have to replace the coolant.

The bleeding procedure I followed was

1. Uncap coolant reservoir
2. Maintenance Mode
3. Idle 5-10 Minutes (waited for radiator fan to kick on)
4. Recap reservoir
5. Run with heat on in the vehicle for 5 minutes

What am I missing? Thanks!

 

I went ahead and added the coolant. It brought it slightly above the full line and I suspect it will even out over the next couple of days.
