I'm using a couple of CTEK smart chargers, similarly. I'm babysitting a couple of cars right now, and each of them only getting used every 4 or 5 days. I leave the chargers hooked up more-or-less constantly, unless I know I'll be driving again within the next day. The chargers run through a charging regimen, then almost shut down, but give a little blip of charge every so often.

Had the same issue, blew four fuses, including the 100 amp fuse.

Changing the 100 amp fuse was super obnoxious! Thanks for the instructions above, they were super helpful.

Here is a photo of the 100 amp fuseblock once it is seperated from the main fuseblock. Note the removal of plastic from the 100 amp fuseblock to allow for access to the bolts.

So I guess I’m not the only one who with a story to tell <grin>.

So glad you got the bugger out because you just know what Toyota would have to say about it.

    Have a great day.
