Thinking about wrapping my roof in vinyl. Should be a pretty easy job, with no sharp curves and such. My only pause is the sharkfin antenna ? How are these attached ? It would sure be about 1000 X's easier to remove it first, wrap the roof, and cut out just a small opening for the antenna wires, then attach it back after the wrap is finished. Anyone ?
Don't know the answer to your question, but when I had my roof wrapped they wrapped the antenna at the same time. I like that look.
I kind of like the look of the little shark fin, and I'm sure it will stand out big time, on a black carbon fiber roof But hey BTW, what color did you wrap your roof ? And how much did they charge you ? I was quoted $350 from one place here in Sac ! Holy #@#& ! For $40, I think I'm going to have to give it a shot myself... And even if I screw it up, I might have to peel it off, and try once or twice more until I get it right lol I might pay someone $200 tops... For professional work, with a warranty !
