Posting restrictions against including links in reply from newbie

    Apparently, as a newbie, there's a restriction against including a link in a reply until you'd posted at least 4 times.

    So I am doing some miscellaneous posts in order to increase my count!

    Why would you need to post a link, let alone start a new post if you don't even have anything Prius related to share in the first place?
