BUT.....getting them connected to the turn signal wires so that the actually WORK might not be so easy.......or cheap.
true. I noticed the pics and vids showed car with the turn signal on the back side on the mirror. "easy to install" is what is advertised but I am just as skeptical. After ripping everything out, removing the glass, this guy had an aftermarket mirror on the right side and the light wouldn't show through. (01' Camaro) He has a decent series of videos.
I just noticed that. For models that already HAVE a blinker light on the mirror, it would be easy........and kind of pointless.

That scares the crap out of me. Most accessories like that with LEDs stick onto the FACE of the mirror......with no "cutting" involved. Any lights you put BEHIND a mirror will NOT shine trough it. I think you need to be VERY careful here.
oooo (in the video I saw) get a heat gun or hair dryer and get the glass removed from the backing....test the light behind the mirror, otherwise you risk installing and having to take it apart again.
