    Because he wants to keep his spare fob wrapped in Al so there's no communication, but still hide a key outside in a emergency.

    Hide the key in the inside of the car under a panel is my idea which is the same place i hide my (fill in the blank). Leave screwdriver in trunk to take panel off. If you lose the key you can always call a locksmith to get inside the car.

    Take the battery out cause you can always buy a battery and don't need it to start the car.

    ok crazy but heard you can have someone "play" the FOB over the phone from a remote location to open. Anyone tried this? and now they say there is a device transmitter that can "hack" your fob transmitter simply by rebroadcasting signal from your remote location to the car? Both instances sound very similar.

    you can disable the 2020 fob holding the lock button and hitting unlock twice.
