navigation screen going blank and restarting while driving

    on my 2017 Prius prime.......so while driving my navigation just starting going dark and restarting. also I noticed my iphone can not connect to bluetooth when it did since I got the car new. and when a call comes in the screen starts saying cal ended and keeps flashing odd things while I am in the car.....this is not on bluetooth I am on speaker and sitting in my car. It seems it is trying to connect but drops it. not sure if all is related. any ideas folks?

    I also have a 2017 Advanced. The same problem (screen rebooting for no good reason). The car was still under warranty. After several software fixes that didn't solve the problem they replaced the entire navigation head which fixed the problem.

    Unpair and delete your phone from the head unit, then repair it -- that's what I had to do when I updated to iOS13

    It certainly can, it's all part of the head unit and iOS13 brought in a lot of bluetooth changes.

    This was happening to me to, after using the ToyotaEntune app to install an update for the head unit it resolved my issues immediately.
