I have a Prolong Deluxe Reconditioning Package for sale. I bought it in April, used it to refurb the battery in my 05 Prius & I recently sold the car, so I no longer need the charger/discharger. This is the package with the digital discharger (not the lightbulb discharger). I do not have the wiring harness, but it can be purchased on the Hybrid Automotive website.

Paid over $700 new. Asking $475 shipped to you.

Just my 2 cents: $475 is a good price with the harness. Since the harness costs $150, it might be a little high. $475+$150=$625, when you can buy a new one, with a warranty, for $683.

$683 is the price before taxes & shipping. I paid over $700 after taxes & shipping. I based my price on what I have seen others sell for on this site, & that was with the light bulb discharger. But my price probably is slightly high, so $425 without the harness is probably more fair. Thats over $100 (~15%) savings when comparing to new. As far as the warranty, it has a 2 yr warranty, & I bought it in April, so it still has over 1.5 yrs of warranty left.

This package also works for the gen 3 prius. The only difference between the gen 2 & gen 3 package is the car harness. The charger & discharger (items i am selling) are the same between gen 2 & gen 3 prius'. The gen 2 or gen 3 specific car harness can be bought separately.

Wow! Good deal! You might want to see if anyone else in your locale would be interested in renting it from you. I made that offer when I first bought my Prolong System back in 2015, but no takers (...so far!)

Who wants to do it with light bulbs and babysitting :p.

If you had the deluxe, you’d be a shared owner;).

It’s easy with the smart Discharger (y).

I have the small square, black charger, and the larger rectangular-shaped white & green Intelligent Discharger (with the small knob). I also have the light-bulb discharger (well, it might be useful to have a backup, and who knows, it might eventually become a valuable antique!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:). No round pie-tins in my garage!:eek: (I also have the MagikExtenshunCord¹ so none of the above equipment need sit actually in the car when the operation is being performed! - I got @jeff652 to make me the cord (…which of course he charged me for, but it is beautifully made (…as is all the HA gear)) - Thanks for reminding me of that @Raytheeagle , I'd never even considered that could be the reason for the lack of interest in my offer! o_Oo_Oo_O

I have an hi tech x4 charger ac plus. I have just gone through my first battery out of a wreaked 09 with it (it took forever) I discharge it at .07 to 6v and charge it to 9v at a rate of.05. I was going to break the stack down to 4 48v modules (sic) and replace the lead acid batteries on my lawn mower. I'm working on cooling and filtering in a dusty environment. Are the charging/discharging parameters ok? Advice please. I need help starting a new thread...where,how. I think that's what I should have done.
