I (left) copied my friend (middle), except mine's Advanced trim. Then I recently reconnected with the third friend (right), and one of the first things he told me was he got a Prime too, lol. The friend whose house it is has a Clarity, by the way (not pictured). Yes, the one with the ugly bumper stickers . That Prime lived outside our area for a while. I've thought about getting the stickers, but I rarely travel alone to parts of the State with traffic and hence HOV lanes. Any reason I should get them? Can I get them later or is there a time limit to apply for them?
I am in the process of getting the stickers myself for the following reasons: It is only $22 I go across a Bay Area bridge everyday that is $6 and would reduce to $3 with the sticker It’ll last me 3 years They are easy to install Why not go for it as you’ll probably get your investment back.
@mojorizin have you ever noticed how -not wide- the prius looks when seeing it's backend straight on? (middle). mr mojo rizin !!!! Last time I crossed the Gate it was $3 and I got change for a $5 ( sawbuck - nickel - fin ) all folded up in a rectangle a bit larger than a quarter. it was a nice souvenir from the trip out to cali.
If I travel to places with HOV lanes, I'm usually not alone, cause I'm there on vacation. My day to day has no traffic, hov, or pay roads. I have thought about just getting them and maybe hanging on to them, not installing them since bumper stickers just look so ugly to me. Yes. Biggest issue with the look of the Prime. It's narrower than a Corolla. Possible too. Took it on a pixel 2 xl which has one of the better cameras for a phone though.
