On my 2010 Prius, the right side low beam and parking lights are out. I went to a large auto parts store and it's not listed. I called a few Toyota dealers. The parts dept at one said it's $40, another one said $27. The service dept at one was incoherent, passing me to another 'advisor'. Another service dept sounded like he was on crack; finally wanted to sell me a service package. The owner's manual, with references to many other parts of the book on a given topic, had no listing for this either. Finally on another page, it says, "lights other than the above, have your Toyota dealer replace it." I've had a few issues with Toyota dealers. This is pretty incredible.
Service department? That might be some of the problem. Ask for the Parts department. They have a different mindset.
Page 567 in my 2010 owner's manual has this: These are super common bulbs you'll find in any auto parts store. Avoid the ones hanging near eye-level on the shelf; those are usually the extra-bright "premium" ones that trade off lifespan for brightness and will burn out freaky fast in a Prius. Look for the bog-standard H11 or HB3 bulbs, which will usually be hanging in the same display area, on the pegs down by your ankles.
I ended up going to the local dealer who replaced the whole front harness and all bulbs for free - apparently that's been common. And then they BROKE the charger to my dashcam. They just left it there, said we don't have anything like that. What a deal :-(
