Found available Barcelona Red#8, Need Seaside Pearl #6

Sorry for the initial blank reply, I am new at replying to a message.
I have an extra Seaside Pearl #6 ordered which we would be willing to work out a deal for. We initially ordered a Seaside Pearl #6 with Tan interior on Jan 7th. Dealer told us we would have it by March 30th. On March 22nd another dealer we were working with said they had a extra vehicle coming in which was exactly what we ordered from the 1st dealer. Asked the 1st dealer if they were going to deliver our vehicle on March 30th. They said oh yes no problem! April 30th came and no car. So on May 5th we ordered the same thing from a different dealer to insure we would get ONE vehicle BY Sept 30th (After which the federal rebate is divided by half, going from $3150 to $1575). Well, the 1st dealer finally came through on Aug 29th. So we have an extra vehicle which is slated to come in between Sept 15 and Sept 22nd. Since we went through such hell, and paid 2 downpayments, we would like to make a little money on this extra vehicle. But also making it a win-win for the buyer also. If a vehicle is purchased after Sept 30, the rebate is $1575. If someone buys the vehicle we ordered we are willing to give them an extra $788 of the rebate and we would get $787. We negotiated a $500 reduction of the car price so we are willing to share that with the purchaser also, we both get $250. Depending if the dealer is not willing to give us our $200 downpayment back the purchaser would pay for that. So in summary the cost of the car would be:
2006 Prius Seaside Pearl #6 (includes floor mats which are mandatory now)
$26,321.
+ 59. (Dealer Prep, most dealers are at least twice this)
+ 1,237. (Payment to us as noted above $787. + 250 + 200.)
$27,617. Subtotal
- 250. Sharing discount received from dealer
27,367.
- 200. If dealer gives us our downpayment back
27,167
3,150 Federal rebate when you file your taxes.
24,017 Your final cost.
