    There are several parts in your photo, but the obviously damaged one is the cowl top ventilator louver RH, part number 55708-47050, seen in catalog Figure 55-03, Cowl Panel & Windshield Glass, where it’s also labeled with part name code 55781D, cowl cover (right).
