Just went to a local shop to get the wheels aligned since I can feel it's out of alignment when going fast in the highway (I can never leave my hands off the steering wheel). Here's the result. Wonder if they did a good job or not since I have about a week to tesr drive it. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
They did correct the toe on the left front. The real test is how it drives compared to how it drove prior to the alignment. Is the feeling of "out of alignment" gone? Does it pull to either side or wander?
Haven't got the chance to drive it on Highway.. I will be on Monday though. From the result, do you think they do a good job or not? Especially that rear wheel camber, though I doubt they do anything about rear wheel. It's a two wheel alignment anyway.
Do you not worry about the fact that they don't do anything about the Caster? When I asked the employee, they said that they can't do that because it cannot be changed or whatever it is. Basically they can't do it.. They also mentioned a bit about replacing something for that..
I'll defer to the suspension experts for caster adjustments on that model. Edit - related post here: Caster adjustment...not possible? | PriusChat
