I have a 2007 prius I just cleaned the Hybrid battery and the Battery was registering good. I drove it for a couple days everything was good. I put a new cover on the Key fob went out to start the car nothing comes up. The key fob unlocks and locks the car and the emergency horn works. Any suggestion?

When you say a new cover do you mean the entire fob case or just some part out. If the latter, which part or parts?

If you replaced the entire fob (excluding the battery, there are two components from the old key fob that need to go over to the new fob case, 1) the printed circuit board and 2) the RFID chip. See the picture below to see the RFID and where it's located.

Hope that helps, otherwise a bit more info would be good.
