2008 Prius no start condition p3190 on techstream could not reset dtc or get to start ideas? Also the airbox feed tube was collapsed? Air filter is new I'm thinking overfield with oil dirty mass airflow sensor or dirty throttle body. Also has the thermostat failure code Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.

I've never had a no start/not ready after clearing the codes on a p3190 also the HV battery was on the dreaded last purple line on the monitor in the car I think it went into limp mode and they drove off the HV till it died Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Sorry for stating the obvious, and don't want to assume, was the HV battery recharged to at least 50 or 60% SoC before attempting a restart?
99% of Gen2 no starts (Engine failed to start or poor engine power) will be caused by a fuel run out, dirty throttle body, or some piece of trash in the MAF. With the hybrid battery critically low you only get a few shots at a restart so don't waste them. Add 3 gallons of gas even if you think it's good, clean the intake and MAF sensor, and (this is important) disconnect the 12 volt battery for 60 seconds to reset fuel trims to factory. When you clean the MAF sensor remove it from the air box and shine a light down on the two sensing wires. Make sure there's nothing hung up in there. Spraying it off from above won't be good enough. A collapsed intake hose could point to a blockage. Attempt the restart with the hose disconnected from the air box just to be safe.
After posting this last night I looked back over the techstream data I also have a P0A0F code to go along with the P3190 I talked to the owner it originally started cutting out on him so he stopped at a part store and had them scan it with a generic obd2 and got the mass air flow sensor code he purchased one and while they inspected the engine bay noticed the air intake tube that connects to the side of the airbox was collapsed so they disconnected it he drove around 20 miles before it went into complete limp mode. I'm guessing 12volt needs to be disconnected mass sensor replaced and a good throttle body cleaning will fix these issues. I'll run a battery health check while it's there also. Problems solved 1. Air resonator box not working properly leading too air intake induction pipe collapse 2. Mass airflow sensor saturation with oil 3. Throttle body gummed up not allowing butterfly to operate properly also oil saturation 4. Intake also full of oil classic Gen 2 issue After cleaning mass airflow sensor, throttle body, intake, resetting dtc codes, and disconnecting 12volt battery car runs flawlessly. The intake is louder due to the resonator box being disconnected but it is not required and actually helps acceleration. Correct me about the intake resonator if I'm wrong but I've worked on wrecked Prius before and never replaced them Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
My car works just fine with the resonator connected, so I'm curious as to what it is about this resonator that cause the air intake induction pipe to collapse. Can you identify what the problem is with the resonator box? BTW, would you have a photo of the collapsed induction pipe?
I’d like a photo too. There shouldn’t be enough vacuum to collapse hard plastic. Unless something else about the resonator is amiss? Pics help emensely .
I will take a video or picture of the induction line collapsing tomorrow. Most likely the cause is due to a varmint building a nest in the box. Its basically there to pulse the air flow to the intake. When removed it just makes the classic cold air intake noise that most the ricers make when modified on acceleration. And yes disconnecting it will boost acceleration modestly not dramatically. You still have the primary filter to catch debris so it becomes more of a preference in my opinion. The only way I see it of any use is in the event of water up to the engine bay it would pulse most of the water into the induction box instead of the engine to save it from hydrolock Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.

Well....That’s a good reason. Guess he missed the part where if you couldn’t fix it he would have junked it rather than paying dealer repair prices. It is what it is.
