2020 availability?

So far 236,000 miles . No battery replacement. Rebuilt 3 different wheel bearings. Second set of struts on. Run snow tires on second set of rims for Minnesota winters. A great snow car with those tires.

 

What will you be doing with it when your Prime arrives?

btw, I have been watching the inventory. Lots of new arrivals and sale removals have had the availability count all over the place. There's about 10 listed within day-trip distance of us now.

It's looking like Toyota is well prepped to go all out, with the choice of delay being a very wise one. Not having to deal with any of the past hype leaves you and I a clear playing field. I'm excited about starting up gatherings again. Not having any local inventory put quite the damper on things. But now, it should be a reboot of how Prius got started. That was really fun the first time around.

Once I donate my 2003 Prius to the local technical college, I will be studying the owner's manual and likely ordering (I ordered this vehicle on April 1) snow tires and rims.

Dealer called. 2020 Prime LE finally arrived in Minneapolis. Available to be picked up this Friday or Saturday. Putting on door molding and running it through pre-checks. I told the dealer that the “phantom car” has arrived! I ordered it on April 1.

 

The phantom car is excellent. In it's first 1,700 miles it is averaging 156 mpg.

 

my dealer had 1 2019 available in August. Had to order a 2020 for me. Took 5 weeks for me to receive the delivery. some might take longer. but, apparently, what I wanted had just rolled off the line. So, just had to wait for shipping

 

Congrats! I "ordered" Limited with online form. It went to Ann Arbor got traded for Rav4 then driven to my location... month and a half+! Just didn't think there was any connection to the online order unless a dealer was involved... They did not work with me online so I moved to one who did.
