Backup camera/ radio not working

    I have Prius 2010 3rd generation, backup camera doesn’t show on the screen and also radio is not working, I’ve checked everything is fine, fuses and everything, I contacted to dealership and they said need to check it ( I know how they check, in final they’ll say I need to change while box...) they said it could be wire problem... anybody has the same problem, and it’s easy to find which wire I need to replace? Thanks

    probably won't be easy, does anything work on the display?

    could be vermin, a loose connection or a bad display

    Nothing works with on display, because I didn’t update map, just opening and closing CD unit

    i would start with the fuse, then the power wire to it

    All fuses I checked everything looks like Ok, maybe wire problem, if yes it cost me a lot $$

    no doubt, it's all labor. if i couldn't afford to pay someone, i would resign myself to learning and diy it

    Have you tried a reboot by removing the lower amperage fuse that holds the station presets?

    I had the hybrid battery replaced and now have this problem, nothing works on the console including backup camera. Worked the day I took it in. Now doesn't work and the shop is acting like it's a coincidence. I'm 77 and female. Any help appreciated. 2010 3rd Gen
