I'm pretty sure I remember @Tideland Prius already saying that moderators have nothing to do with the store.
well it is frustrating i have tried everything to contact pruischat/shop with no reply even called "nothing" i can wait for the item just need a reply to let me know that its still in the process or a time frame.
I know. This has been going on for a couple years now. I haven't even heard anything about the reasons for it. Just that it seems to usually work out eventually. I'd like to order something from there, too, but not till it's fixed. Sorry that you're caught in limbo like this. I think that by now, I'd contact my credit card company to try to get my money back, if it's been charged yet.
thanks for replying - the problem it was already charged and it was a visa gift card i received as a gift.

I know. It sucks. This is such a great forum and then there's that store that's like a giant pothole in the road hidden around the curve and none of us can do anything about it.
Well a couple of years back, the entire forum was just one big "pothole" for a pretty long time. Then Danny arranged for someone else to take over the technical maintenance and that cleared up. At least that is what the rumor was.......since he didn't have the courtesy to actually TELL us anything. Now it seems the same thing is happening with the "store". And since no real information is forthcoming, we just have to speculate that he has dropped the ball AGAIN. I think that the previous complaints about the store have all eventually been cleared up.........eventually.
My husband's older friend ordered the Visual Garage (Canada) shark fin in blizzard pearl in 2012 through the Priuschat store, when they were about the only game in town. It still works perfectly and is worth the $100 that I paid for it. My husband, in 2016 ordered the bright silver model for his 2016 Nissan Versa Note. By then, their quality had really degraded. The 3M sticky tape was not holding and the paint was flaking off within a month. He had to do a lot of wrangling to return it and did get a refund. He then found a Chinese knock off that matched the silver on his car even much closer than the one delivered by visual garage. After three years, it still is on the car and still looks good. I believe that the model is called Possbay for around $22 delivered.. That's why the Chinese are beating the hell out of us, and I don't blame them. Unfortunately, they will likely be doing the same with BEV's. And, tariffs are not going to help.
