So I just purchased a 2019 Prius L Eco. I did the voice training, but when I press the "talk" button, the only option that pops up is "phone." I've attached my iPhone via both the USB port and Bluetooth, but I still don't have any control of the audio. Maybe I can't do it with mine, but I thought I'd be able to say things like, "play next song" or even "help." But all I can do is call people and dictate text messages. And "Phone" is the only option listed. Any thoughts? Thanks!!
If you bought your vehicle from a Toyota dealership, I would go in there and have someone help you out. That doesn't seem like it should be happening.
