Hey everybody I have a 2008 Prius touring model. I normally get between 41-46 mpg but has recently dropped to 34-37 and have been trying to figure out why. I recently had the hybrid battery replaced because I thought that might be the issue and it threw c1310 as a code but no light in the dash currently. Any ideas? Could use any insight and would really appreciate it.
Reconditioned but with a 12 month warranty, after replacement noticed no increase in mpg but had no warning lights otherwise just thought I had the be the issue since everything else on the car is really we’ll maintained

I see you're just south of me. Assuming you've been doing the obvious maintenance items and checking your tire air pressure, how long have you had the car? If you're comparing to our winter driving and you haven't had the car for very long, note that the 100* weather is going to drop your gas mileage in the summer. Mine routinely goes from around 43 mpg to the high 30s in the summertime. We can help you a lot more if we can get some answers to most of the questions here Fuel economy complaints/queries?
