Prius 2010 difficulties by start

    I have a Problem with my Prius 3 2010. Sometimes difficult start- Navigation vanish and Motor cannot be started so I have to use emergency start. Sometimes no Problem.
    I let it twice chek up in car Service but nothing was found. I was advised to buy a new battery but it is still good(also checked).
    Can anyone help me.

    maybe a loose battery connection, check for cleanliness and tightness, especially negative to ground

    Check battery before starts 8,5 V. After starts immediately 13,5

    that's dead. should be at least 12.4 before it comes on. the reading after is from the converter

    Today morning with Emergency Start must I use. And after work I succeed to start without anything to help - simply Start button and all is ok. Any explanation please...

    Yeah, is this the original battery? And with the car off it's reading 8.5 volts? It's time to replace.

    Thank you for your answer. I was by two toyota service stations for battery check. They said, they will not replace the battery, because it good is.
