    Ordered a shark fin antennae (winter grey) on 3/4/2018 for my Gen III. Last update says “awaiting shipment.”

    Would like to know if my order has been shipped and when to expect it. Image of order attached.

    How did you get a response? ..I'm going on two weeks now with no response. About to pull the plug with PayPal...pathetic service, don't EVER use prius chat store.

    well i hate to say i am going on 4 weeks with no response. i did get one the first week i asked about an update on order
    i got a reply that it takes 7 to 14 days to process. God help me please

    I eventually got my part...but if you want anyone to communicate with you about anything...pick a different place to make purchases. I won't buy from them again strictly because of this.
