    OEM parts is too expensive. Don't see any after market parts on ebay.

    Not sure, but I found a site in Japan that sells something similar...

    They can either be sequential or just blink in unison.

    Also, click around that site (http://priuscustom.com/top_phv.html). Even if you dont know a lick of Japanese, you can click on the pictures and see whats available overseas, just divide the price by 100 to get dollars.
