Installing a rear dashcam on my 2017 Prius V. I already installed the front dashcam, simple, A pillar molding pops off, but the rear will be a bit more involved. This is my overnight work vehicle, which i will be doing the install while I am still working, so looking for some info before I start pulling things apart.

I know at the cargo hatch, I need to route from the roof area through the black scunchy tube into the rear hatch, iIam good to go with that, have previously run wires to the license plate area. Worried about the B and C pillars, as well as the grab handles. Do I need any tools for these, and any worries about the airbags underneath? I only need enough access to push the thin rear dashcam comm cable across the edge of the roof liner and down through the rear rubber tube thing.

Can you thread an electrician's fish tape through rather than dropping the whole thing? Might still have to loosen some of it but it might be less work/less risk.

I haven't tried one in a Prius, but they've worked in other cars.

Not so much looking to drop the interior headliner, as much as a heads up on how the pillars are attached because the top edge of them sort of blocks pulling the edge of the headliner down to push the cable in. Looks like for the B pillar I can just pull the rubber door seal and push the cable across behind the top of the pillar, but the C pillar looks more complicated, not sure how it attaches and if any screws need to be removed before yanking on it.
