Hi! I recently purchased a 2012 Prius Two and am looking to change the current hubcaps. I feel the 2010/2011 hubcaps are a bit more tasteful than the ones on my 2012. Just a guess, but I'd vote very likely. You could check the rim part number for 2010 vs 2012, but it might be different, likely solely due to changing the colour from silver to black (a dumb move, my 2 cents). Anyway, check that, say at McGeorge Toyota Parts
Isn't the only difference between 2010-2011 vs 2012-2015 fifteen inch wheels that the ones for the facelift gen 3 are painted black instead of silver? I would guess that all OEM gen 3 hubcaps work on all gen 3 Prii with 15" wheels.
