My 11.6 HD display frozen in the navigation, at the beginning it happened once a while, now it happened more often. Navigation was on, Bluetooth is connected to my iPhone, radio was also on. The whole HD display will get frozen, none of the button on the side worked except volume up and down. Navigation function still works in the tiny dashboard screen. Radio stayed with the station I selected. None of the sterling wheel radio buttons will work. Once I restarted the car every thing works again. Don't know if this happened to anyone else?

I'd take it back to the dealer and let them see if there is a new firmware version for it.

2019 prime. Happening to me too. Just took it to a dealer. Will update with dealership results.

Happened to me once. After the car was restarted it fixed itself. The manual says to touch and hold the audio button on the side of the screen to reboot the screen. I tried it and it does reboot the screen. Thankfully it hasn’t frozen on me again to see if that will reset it when it is frozen.

Life saver! Next time this happens mid drive at least I’ll have a way to reboot! The dealer just did a hard reset and luckily it hasn’t happened again so far.
