Prius c Key fob registration issue

    Guys i have ordered new Key fob (with 4 buttons) P/N HYQ12BDM from ebay for my Prius C 2014 without smart access. I have successfully add new key fob via Techstream software, in wireless key registration menu. Car has accepted new remote but not lock or unlock doors. I have troubleshooted in techstream software via Wireless Door Lock Diagnosis mode menu. Remote is currently registered and vehicle is receiving a signal from the wireless remote. Car interior light is flashing while press "LOCK" and "UNLOCK" button, everything seems to be ok in techstream software but when press lock or unlock button car does not open or close doors.

    Guys what can you recommend or help with this issue ?

    I think you have wrong type of key, 4 buttons instead of 3 seems its incompatible in frequency.

    Thank you for your reply. Itry to order one more key with 3 buttons and will reply here wit the results.
