I found an '08 Touring in the junkyard today. It's a rare find in Silver Pine Mica. Is the spoiler a straight swap onto a Base model?
I wondered if I was the only one to notice the spoiler was longer, lol. Im assuming knowing Toyota that it should be straight up unbolt=remove Install- bolt down.
Yes just with different appearance. All bolts are the same. I'm also planning on Touring spoiler swap.
Can confirm, I swapped a Touring spoiler onto my base, not that anyone can tell it's a Touring spoiler
Nice We all know it's slightly longer than base- I wish there was a ducktail spoiler for the prius or one for top of hatch window. Guess I will keep eyes posted
I believe there was a spoiler that was only released in Japan, that was noticeably longer. I seem to remember seeing some threads where users got them as imports when they were more common. It might be pretty hard to snag one over here right now, though
Here's a picture of it, looks like it might be what you're looking for if you can find one: I think they were sold by Sigma Automotive for $600 or something so might be tough to come by
