So yeah if are planning on buying anything for your Prius, I'd recommend buying it from anyone OTHER than the Prius Store. I've been trying for like 3 weeks to get any response whatsoever on my order. Won't respond to emails, won't answer their phone, yet to get a call back, Danny won't respond to DM...and no I'm not contacting them on twitter cause I don't have one and won't make one just to figure out where my money went. Time to just file a claim with paypal. Just letting others know..buy your shit elsewhere. These guys suck balls.
fair enough. apparently, there have been several issues in the back room or something. generally, everything gets straightened out in the long run.
I just got an email that the item shipped. That's fine and dandy but IMO the service still sucks. If a company can't be contacted for any sort of info, I'm sorry...but that's poor customer service.
I recently ordered from PriusChat shop and was concerned the ordered part would never make it after reading through comments- so I made sure to pay through Paypal, , however I got my order 3 days after order. I don't know if it is certain items or I just got lucky.
