Hey all. Nub here. Have a 2008 Prius 250000 miles developed a vibration only with acceleration over 50 miles an hour. Pulled codes and PO606, PO138, and PO 117 showed up. I have been reading and seems to me like how people who had either spark plug or coil problems but those codes are not showing up. Any ideas.
Get all four wheels re-balanced. Vibration only occurring at highway/freeway speeds is typically due to wheels being out of balance. There may be other causes for this, but unbalanced wheels is suspect #1.

Your codes have been addressed. As to "developed a vibration only with acceleration over 50 miles an hour", is that engine vibration or chassis?
The codes, check the 12v, when it's about ded weird stuff happens. The vibration, a tire with it's belts separating, a big chunk of mud on a rim, a bent wheel, take it to have the wheels balanced after trickle charging it overnight at 2 amps.
