    From the article: "we largely liked everything about it -- except for the wonky infotainment system. With the 2020 model, Toyota has corrected that shortcoming, now offering it with both Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa support."

    I fail to see how adding CarPlay and Alexa support turns a crappy system into something other than crappy with additional features.
