Does anyone know how to get older techstream versions????

Note: this is in regards to programming used key fobs with web octopus method.



I am currently in the process of using the web octopus method of programming used key fobs for gen2 prius cars. My only problem is I am unable to access the "smart access" tab to generate the 96 character code to complete the process.

I've been told to use older versions. I've been told to upgrade and purchase a vxdiag. I've also been told to call a rat locksmith.

Current status:

Mini vci cheap cable on ebay with both version 10 and version 13.

I have purchased my weboctopus codes but can't generate the 96 character code through "smart access" on techstream. I am familiar with the software and know a lot about these prius except for this problem.

Can someone help me find version 7 before investing more money in a cable? Thanks
