It's 11:17 pm and I have heavy metal cranking in the headphones while I surf. Should I switch to something a bit lighter to help relax for sleep? WWYD? What would you do? B)

I like complete silence but my neighbors dogs and stray dogs keep barking all night and I have to run my airconditioner for white noise. I swear I'm going to kill those dogs if they dont learn to shut up! I have used the brain wave generator program you can download to help get to sleep and I think it works pretty well.
I listen to Ben Stein (a la Ferris Bueller) read an audio book on the economic fundamentals pertaining to the international impact of Depression era America. Works like a charm. Actually, I'm a silence person. My wife falls alseep with the tv on to the point that when she's going to bed she turns it on to facilitate her falling asleep. Therefore, we don't go to bed at the same time. Not for sleep, anyway.
