I own a 2016 Toyota Prius Three Touring

I want to know if my car will stop automatically before collision if I don't hit the break.

Does anyone knows or tried please?

    Thank you.

What level of Safety Equipment is installed? Early 2016's did not come with all of the safety bells and whistles - they became "included" at a later date...

Mine will hit the brakes - HARD. Not sure if it'll stop in time, because it's not come to that (usually a car crossing across in front, or a parked car on the bend of a road). But I think USA didn't have the full safety suite we got.

Toyota does not guarantee the car will stop the car before a collision but it will attempt to slow the car to reduce the amount of damage or likelihood of injury.

At slow speed in parking environments (or into the garage) mine applies the brakes when I'm within 1 foot of hitting something.

It will only stop completely up to a certain speed (that's stated in the manual). Beyond that, it will only reduce the impact speed. Keep in mind that the value stated in the manual is not a hard and fast rule as there are many factors that dictate whether the car can stop completely (not an exhaustive list but it may include road surface type, debris on the road, tire type, tire grippiness, tire wear, weather conditions affect the road surface and so forth)

I don't thing the low speed parking version of AEB is on all cars - we don't get it here.

According to the 2016 Prius sales brochure (PDF), Toyota Safety Sense-P with Pre-Collision System (PCS) was standard equipment on the Three Touring, so it’s likely that your car has this feature.

As footnote 28 in that brochure states, however: “The Pre-Collision System is designed to help reduce the crash speed and damage in certain frontal collisions only. It is not a collision-avoidance system and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. System effectiveness depends on many factors, such as speed, driver input and road conditions. See your Owner’s Manual for further information.”

I encourage you to review the information about PCS in the Owner’s Manual (PDF), on pages 275–288. As @krmcg kindly pointed out, it’s unwise to assume that the system will work under any particular conditions, nor to try to test it.

I've had the PCS warning pop up a couple times on my '16 three touring when approaching a car turning out of my lane. My judgement says I will clear the car based on him continuing to turn at the normal speed, but the car thinks otherwise and beeps and flashes a red BRAKE warning on the screen. Does not apply brakes, though.
